How does it work?
When you sign up for Pay as you Print service from Futurform, you receive a new HP Printer, Original HP supplies delivered as you need them, on-site support – all included in one low monthly fee.
Plans are based on the number of pages you print, not how many cartridges you use. Your plan will detail the cost of printing a black or colour page. At the end of each month your invoice will detail how many colour or black pages you have printed and the cost.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Your plan will include the use of the HP printer, on-site support, telephone and remote support, and original HP supplies with automated delivery. All you have to do is provide the power and paper.
What counts as a page?
A printed page is any A4 or A5 document that is output from the printer. Colour pages are typically a higher cost than black, which is why we always default your new machine to black on installation. Pages are counted per side, thus a two-sided document would count as two printed pages.
